I want to give a huge thanks to Dr. Abram Anders, who mentioned four pieces of my work on AI as “Foundational Work” in Business and Professional Communication during his Association for Business Communication keynote speech “From Foundation to Frontier: How Business Communication Can Drive AI Innovation.”
He also later showed the Arizona Water Chatbot‘s UI and mentioned a Waterbot paper in the Strategic Research Opportunities section of his talk.
