Earlier this month, I gave a talk called AI and the Workplace: Sorting Hype from Reality. While labor numbers never stop changing (the new ones tell a slightly different story than the ones I was working from at the time of this video), the rest of the video points toward where many workplaces are at: working to implement these technologies in ways that help people do work better, but encountering some difficulties along the way.
